If you were to ask someone what the most boring and challenging parts of scripture were, most would probably point to the genealogies. However, there is so much to be learned both historically and spiritually from the genealogies found in the beginning of Matthew. We look at those in this study.

In genealogy, there are so many names that you need to remember. All these people are extremely important to the story you are set to discover; that is why you should know its importance. I am not surprised that a lot of people find it really boring; because remembering names and their bearing to the story is not as exciting as other fields of study, I must say. But you need to do it so that you will learn it. I am hoping that more and more people will have patience in studying genealogy. Leave a Reply. |
